I had fun with my first vendor experience at the Fullerton Market! Drew some cartoons, sold some eye patches, and met many lovely characters...yes it was good.

Mushniks.com - Biosphere Exploration

This is a video of my Bot and Biosphere.

Mushniks.com is a website tied to an old kids meal toy from Taco Bell. The site is a fun online experience for all ages (Mostly kids)! Sign up for free online to create your own Bot. Once you sign on you get access to our fun online world were you can create your own Bot, customize it, take care of it, and decorate it's pad. There are also fun games for you to play so you can earn money to buy stuff for your Bot. There's a lot you can do on the site so please check it out and let us know what you think of the site.

R & R @ Downtown Fulleton

Carla will be out performing her mad caricature skills for the masses at the Fullerton Farmers Market located in Downtown Fullerton. There's plenty of good food and fun at the Farmers Market if you haven't been you should check it out. "I Speak for the Trees"

So I attempted to make some trees,  a little plywood some decorative mounts, and a hole lot of L brackets.   Overall I like how they turned out.  They make a nice coat rack, don't you think?

My Little Forest

I am happy to unveil the first part of mural project I am currently working on. For the project the client choose a woodland creature theme, with a subdued color pallet and requested that the mural begin a couple feet off the floor the prevent damage being that it is a high traffic child infested area. The size is about 5ftx 20 ft. I experimented with some new paints called Nova Color, they are a small company out of Culver city. I have to say I am in love, these acrylics were the best: great coverage, beautiful color and so, so affordabler. More photos of this project to come!
